I did follow my own recipe according to what I know tastes good. However, the basics of the soup included in the bag makes it’s delicious. In fact, my husband and I agree this is one of the best soups I’ve cooked. I’ve cooked many, most from scratch. I will be happy to purchase this mix many times over when I can do so.
