I sampled this soup at our local gourmet shop and it was delicious! I was sold on purchasing a package to make at home. Lovely warmth from the curry and a nice twist on a classic chicken soup.

I bought this from a shop in Northeast, MD, and it is now one of my favorite soup mixes of all time. It’s a beautifully sweet and savory meal, which is one of my favorite combinations. It was a little too sweet for a couple family members so I might try substituting the coconut cream with just a regular cream. I added jumbo shrimp for a very nice hearty stew on a chilly autumn day.

This is our favorite curry .i use 2 cans of coconut milk instead of coconut cream. I. Usually add whatever protein I have on hand . It always tastes. As good as it smells

I found this soup package when on a trip to Elkhart IN to see the Garden Quilts. With the weather turning colder, I just got around to making it. It’s so wonderful! Very easy to make and the seasonings that the s.a.l.t. sisters included are a perfect blend. I’m ordering more right now and plan to try the others.
