These chewy, fudgy brownies are loaded with chocolate chips, caramel, and pecans. Just add hot water! It can’t get any easier than that. Just mix with 1/3 Cup of hot water, pour batter into greased 8×8 pan or a 9 inch pie plate. Baker at 325 degrees for 22 minutes.
