I sampled this soup at our local gourmet shop and it was delicious! I was sold on purchasing a package to make at home. Lovely warmth from the curry and a nice twist on a classic chicken soup.

I bought this from a shop in Northeast, MD, and it is now one of my favorite soup mixes of all time. It’s a beautifully sweet and savory meal, which is one of my favorite combinations. It was a little too sweet for a couple family members so I might try substituting the coconut cream with just a regular cream. I added jumbo shrimp for a very nice hearty stew on a chilly autumn day.
